What you will do
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure group, you will be responsible for managing and resolving a wide range of IT-related issues. This role is essential in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology environment, supporting both local and global operations.
- London Office SPOC: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT-related matters in the London office. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the local team and global IT support. Provide hands-on technical assistance and manage user requests to maintain reliable IT operations.
- Incident Management: Handle and resolve IT infrastructure tickets related to operating systems, hardware, applications, A/V support, asset management, networking, and tech tools. Ensure timely resolution in line with defined SLAs using the designated ticketing system.
- Desktop Infrastructure: Build and configure computers according to departmental standards and ensure readiness for end users.
- User Management: Provide support to end users, including senior management and VIPs, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Security Compliance: Maintain strong compliance across all end-user systems, consistently achieving high scores on security audits and parameters.
- Hardware Asset Inventory: Accurately manage changes to IT hardware assets through the IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) process in collaboration with the asset management team.
- IT Asset Logistics: Coordinate procurement, shipment, and communication for laptops and peripherals for users in London and EU region.
- Project Contribution: Participate in and support end-user computing projects, aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals.
What you should bring

- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
