The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes. We’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. The Role To lead, manage and have operational oversight of all training activity across the GSA project, ensuring a consistently competent, compliant, and capable workforce across all delivery partners. The Training Manager will lead a multi‑disciplinary training team and work in close collaboration with HR, Site Leadership, and partner organisations to ensure a consistent, high‑quality approach to learning, onboarding, and qualifications management across the project.
