We are looking for a talented Level 2 Engineer to join our growing team. This is a role where you will do far more than just fix things. You will become a trusted point of contact for clients, solving complex challenges, shaping solutions, and making a real difference to the way businesses run every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing Level 2 technical support across servers, networks and cloud solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
- Carrying out system administration tasks such as user management, backups and patching
- Supporting IT solution rollouts including network configurations and software deployments
- Documenting fixes and processes to strengthen team knowledge
- Working closely with Level 1 support and helping them develop their skills
- Proactively monitoring client systems to spot issues early
- Taking part in an on-call rotation to support clients outside core hours when needed
What You Must Have
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
- Familiarity with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP or VPN
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- A full UK driving licence
