Responsibilities Manage costs related to labor, materials, expenses, and subcontracts. Maintain accurate contract, project, and budget data within the ERP system and maintain compliant auditable files. Perform direct project-related cost adjustments within the ERP system as approved. Prepare, post, and deliver client billings and invoice packages on schedule. Review project financial reports for cost accuracy and reasonableness, conduct weekly reviews and monitoring of potential issues and cash receipt postings. Ensure procedures and best practices are adhered to throughout the project accounting process. Assess and manage WIP reports, supporting project forecasting and project changes. Perform project and contract closeout procedures. Provide first class customer service to project teams. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years of cost accounting experience. Excel and analytical skills, including experience with formulas and pivot tables. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
