We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our team for Eastern US projects. As a Project Manager, you’ll play an integral role in the entirety of the construction management process including safety, quality, production, and project budget oversight. The position works closely with construction engineering, frontline crews, and regional service delivery team to successfully support the businesses through executing projects safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve design and construction documents, ensuring that they meet project specifications and requirements.
- Communicate project progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills required.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers/clients.
- Ability to develop and interpret project budgets and P&L statements.
- Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methods and working knowledge of MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera scheduling software.
- Possess a solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and equipment to ensure that the project is completed correctly.
- Possess a strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations to ensure that everyone on the project is working safely.
- Experienced with Lean approaches to process improvements and problem solving.
- Experience using Vista or other financial systems.
- Experience with managing projects with Union crew labor.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially in Excel.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering, Geology or Construction management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of related field and project management experience.
- Management of GCS, Soil Nail, and HBSN projects preferred.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- The ability to travel up to 40%; PM's typically travel for job set-up, to solve specific client or other challenges.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver area is $70,000- $95,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
