What You’ll Lead
As an experienced driller, you’ll work on projects across the U.S. Your core responsibilities include:
- Applying your skills across a variety of geohazard mitigation systems and projects.
- Executing safety plans—protecting the people around you is priority #1.
- Coaching and developing teammates to be more effective and grow their skills.
- Helping with equipment maintenance and jobsite organization.
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

- Minimum 3+ years of deep casing drilling experience in geotechnical or ground support applications.
- Demonstrated experience with:

- Dual Rotary drilling systems.
- Percussion drill systems.
- Temporary and permanent casing installation.
