Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate geotechnical site operations, including resin injections and micropiling.
  • Supervise field teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
  • Conduct on-site investigations, geological assessments, and technical analysis.
  • Ensure all site activities adhere to health & safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental and quality control protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate potential site risks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.
  • Support the development of project strategies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure timely project completion while maintaining technical accuracy.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and industry innovations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ground engineering, foundation stabilization, or site investigations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with geotechnical testing, soil mechanics, and drilling techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Valid UK driver’s license (Category B).
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
