County Carers are looking for a reliable and organised On-Call Manager to join our team.
Hours
- Every other week
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Competitive flat rate
- Self Employed
In this role, you\'ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, answering the phone, handling staff and client queries, administration, covering care calls when needed, and ensuring clear communication within the Domiciliary team.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous care experience preferred
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth into management
Additional hours are available on the domiciliary team doing evening shifts if interested.
