This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Reward/Share Schemes specialist to join a Top 20 firm as director. There is a clear partner track built into the business plan for this role. Our client has a growing team and would consider applicants from share plan specialists from accountancy or legal backgrounds.

Alongside strong technical skills, you will need the ability to get involved in day-to-day business development. We are looking for a ‘game-changer’, someone who can come in and really help with the next stage of development of this practice.

Great flexible working too - would consider a 4-day week for the right individual. The client base ranges from multinationals to dynamic OMBs. Unfortunately, our client is unable to provide a work visa for overseas applicants.
