About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be working closely with your General Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while making sure your team delivers excellent food and service with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping to lead daily operations across the site
- Ordering stock, managing quality control, and supporting forecasting
- Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
- Upholding high food quality and customer service standards
- Taking the lead in shifts and stepping up when the General Manager is off‑site
