Lead cyber assessments for all new projects, ensuring both internal and external security policies are met.

Oversee business-as-usual (BAU) projects related to firewall rules, access management, and more.

Work closely with experts to assess and advise on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other tech-related projects.

Manage a growing team, including building a team of engineers and GRC professionals in India. (3-4 direct reports)

Serve as a key advisor, providing strategic insight and challenging technical decisions when necessary.

A strong GRC background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to experts/engineers.

Experience in conducting security assessments for large-scale projects, ideally in banking or a similarly regulated environment.

The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.

Someone with leadership potential, though formal leadership experience is not essential.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with around 200 projects planned for 2024 and more for 2025
