WHAT DO I NEED?

  • You’ll be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
  • You may be currently working as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent.
  • Be able to drive, in order to support business in your district whilst training.
