Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for 5x Sports Club Attendants, who hold a NPLQ, to join the Sports Centre on a temporary basis until 23 August 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks). The role is available immediately, working 18 hours per week on a working pattern of 3x 6 hour shifts, with an hourly rate of £12.83.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for customers while delivering a high‑quality and proactive level of service.
  • Support the Sports Centre Duty Supervisor and the Manager with duties such as lifeguarding, responding to customer queries and preparing activity spaces.
  • Work closely with all staff in the Sports Centre, members and staff across the schools.

Qualifications:

  • Current NPLQ certification.
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role or in the fitness industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
