St Leonards is seeking a dedicated boarding house deputy to support the House Master/Mistress in leadership and management of a boarding house, ensuring high standards of welfare and development for pupils. Accommodation is provided as a one-bedroom flat, and the role is full-time during term-time with additional weeks for holiday/programmes.
You will be resident in the house, contribute to safety, policies, and ongoing professional development, and work collaboratively with staff to ensure a positive environment.
