Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a permanent basis (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is available immediately, full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a salary of £25,990. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruiting managers with recruitment tasks, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Handle pre-employment checks and maintain compliance with employment laws.
- Manage shared mailboxes and HR records.
- Support probation reviews and absence management to support a smooth employee journey.
Qualifications
- Experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of employment legislation is desirable.
- Experience using iTrent as a system and payroll experience would be a high advantage, though not essential.
- Strong communication, organisational and IT skills; ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to high professional standards and continuous professional development.
