We are seeking a new
Head of IT Services to lead the delivery, development and future direction of technology across the school.
Reporting to the Chief Finance and Operating Officer, you will lead a team of IT professionals and oversee a diverse technology landscape supporting teaching, learning, administration and campus operations.
This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic planning with hands‑on delivery.
You'll shape and deliver the school's digital roadmap, drive technology-enabled change, enhance digital capability across the organisation and ensure technology remains a trusted enabler of educational excellence and operational effectiveness.
The role requires an experienced technology leader who can operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels.
Candidates should bring a proven track record of leading IT services, delivering digital transformation and aligning technology with organisational objectives.
A strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AI‑powered productivity tools and digital adoption would be beneficial.
Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative, forward‑thinking and values‑driven leader, with the credibility to inspire confidence, challenge existing thinking and help shape the digital future of one of Scotland's most respected educational institutions.
