The Development Support Officer drives philanthropic growth at St Leonards School by identifying potential donors, developing and managing pipelines, and engaging supporters alongside the Director of External Relations and Head of School. Importantly this role also collaborates with the Engagement Officer to connect alumni relations with fundraising.
What You Will Deliver
- The identification of donors using public records and wealth screening tools.
- Briefs for leadership before critical donor meetings and solicitations.
- The tracking of data by maintaining notes and actions in HubSpot.
- Stewarding supporters through impact reports and warm and effective correspondence.
- Secure data by managing records in compliance with GDPR.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in fundraising, development, or relationship management.
- Skills in written English, data accuracy, and project coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM databases, especially HubSpot.
- Absolute discretion, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Education via a university degree or equivalent professional experience.
