The Role:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.00am‑4.30pm (30‑minute lunch break).

The College Administrator & Receptionist is a key front‑facing role at the heart of College life. The postholder will act as the initial point of contact for visitors, parents, students, staff and callers, providing a professional, helpful and friendly welcome at all times. The role combines responsibility for the effective running of College reception with a broad range of administrative duties supporting student attendance, day‑to‑day operations, trips, resources, communications and general College administration.
