The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy development, team leadership, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize profitability. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to drive market share. Analyze sales data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and improve performance. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals. Requirements: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ~10+ years of experience in sales leadership positions ~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. ~ Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis. ~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ~ Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations. ~ Willingness to travel internationally when required.
