Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit processes.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and technical accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
