George Spencer Academy’s Inclusion Faculty is seeking a Learning and Progress Assistant to support students with SEND. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualised interventions and to aid students’ academic and social development.
Responsibilities include assisting access to learning in liaison with the class teacher, supporting classroom management and student welfare, and coordinating provision for pupils assigned as keyworker. Some duties follow an annual cycle.
