We seek to appoint a Learning Manager to join our Pastoral support team at George Pindar School. George Pindar School is an 11‑16 secondary school situated in Scarborough. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and support the pastoral and academic development of a designated Year, House or other defined group of students.
- Ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance, punctuality and student welfare.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment in line with the school’s ethos and Trust values, promoting personal development and progress of every student.
- Support the delivery of effective pastoral care and ensure a positive school culture.
- Exercise strong leadership, communication and organisational skills; demonstrate flexibility, visibility and a proactive approach to meet the needs of students and the wider school community.

- Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, term time only (including training days) plus 1 week
