Job Purpose

Ready to turn big ideas into unforgettable visual experiences? As our next Junior 2D Designer, you’ll step straight into our creative team, reporting directly to a Design Director. You won’t just be tweaking pixels—you’ll collaborate closely with a passionate crew of creatives to shape, elevate, and launch bold new concepts across a diverse mix of projects. The GPJ Ignite programme is an opportunity for immersive, hands-on experiences with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the programme. You do not need to be a current student to apply. We welcome recent graduates, university placements, and people returning to the workforce. The GPJ Ignite programme is dedicated to helping you advance your career in Experience Marketing.

Paid 1 year programme in a global, fast-paced agency working directly within the Creative team with internal teams, clients, and supplier partners. You will receive thorough induction and training in your role within the department and wider agency.

Key Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities: Become part of our team, you will work alongside other creatives, supporting projects from concepts all the way through to delivery. Bring creative ideas to life with beautiful and effective designs for all media. Present and explain design concepts and ideas. Design for everything from exhibition stands, stage sets to digital projections and installations. International travel to event locations may be a requirement of this role to help implement the project and maintain the vision.

  • You are interested in working on large scale brand experiences, installations, live events, and/or exhibition environments.
  • You are a multi-skilled designer with great attention to detail.

Your background, skills and experience:

  • Strong technical design skills in visual design and typography.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite. Other design software and editing tools such as Figma or Sketch are a bonus.
  • Great creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Good knowledge about print and digital design.
  • Great communication and team-working skills.
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Good presentation skills for internal, supplier, and client presentations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining design standards.
  • Bonus skills: motion design and coding.
