Provide or coordinate creation of content (event description, agenda, speaker bios). Creation of landing pages (event details, FAQ, contact, etc.). Ensure branding consistency (logos, colours, fonts) and manage brand reviews. Collect required media assets (images etc.). Define attendee types and registration flow. Data management and weekly reporting. Sessions scanning and lead retrieval.
  • Third Party Meeting Tool & Lead Retrieval (BEPP, global and regional events): Consolidate and project manage the lead retrieval activities across all third party and proprietary events.
