As the Creative Operations Coordinator you will support a fast-paced, high-output creative department within a busy agency environment. This role is central to keeping creative work flowing smoothly through the studio, creating an environment where creatives and designers can do their best work, whilst ensuring projects are accurately scheduled, resourced, and delivered on time despite constant shifting priorities.
You will be part of the operational hub of the creative team, balancing a high volume of incoming projects and coordinating change requests across multiple stakeholders. No two days are the same; clarity and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth flow of creative projects, collaborating with colleagues from brief intake through to delivery and final sign-off.
- Help coordinate and schedule a variety of projects across the team, gaining exposure to different disciplines and workflows.
- Assist with managing project updates and change requests, helping to keep timelines, resources, and budgets on track.
- Review daily workload across the creative department to ensure optimal utilisation and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor team workloads and contribute to effective resource planning and project delivery.
- Partner with the Creative Ops team, Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Producers to support project planning and help resolve scheduling challenges.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support the team in responding to evolving project requirements.
- Identify resource constraints early and escalate risks where necessary.
- Participate in the development of new processes, tools, and AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and ways of working within a fast-paced creative environment.
