We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our APAC Talent & Culture team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in a junior HR role who's eager to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced, fun, and people-first environment.
You will play a critical role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly, supporting the employee lifecycle end-to-end, and partnering closely with the Director, Talent & Culture, APAC on regional projects. While this role is administratively heavy, it offers excellent exposure to regional HR work and meaningful opportunities to grow your career in HR.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- HR OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION (CORE FOCUS)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes across APAC markets
- Manage HR documentation, filing systems, and process compliance
- Handle employee data changes, leave tracking, and reporting
- Handle MOM required reporting and surveys
- Manage EP & Spass applications and renewals
- Maintain database of Freelancers, ensuring up to date and accurate information
- EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE SUPPORT
- Coordinate recruitment administration (job postings, interview scheduling, offer documentation)
- Support probation reviews, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with learning, development, and culture programs
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries from employees
- REGIONAL & PROJECT SUPPORT
- Provide administrative support on APAC-wide HR initiatives and projects
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests
- Partner with Finance and Operations on headcount tracking and payroll inputs
- Continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and efficiency
- Fresh graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field OR 1–2 years of experience in a junior HR or HR admin role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to do hands-on, admin-heavy work
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and building great employee experiences
