Key Responsibilities- Operational Delivery
- Rigorous in organisation and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project.
- Collaborative: With multiple stakeholders, communication and teamwork is critical.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups, with the ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction, organise information quickly and summarising succinctly.
- Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budget.
- Accountability for the quality of projects delivered.
- Responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of project timelines and plans to ensure programmes are on track.
- Development and management of budgets.
- Management of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a quality in line with client and GPJ expectations.
- Briefing creative and strategy teams on project requirements and ensuring that the output from these teams falls within overall project timeline.
- Manage the creative development, production and launch of digital experiences across multiple touch points to ensure the creative and innovative ideas fulfil the client brief.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of the strategic objectives and ensuring they drive the overall output.
- Drive cross-agency collaboration to ensure an aligned approach for meeting client objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership attributes by supporting positive change, managing your workload, and striving for best practice.
- Ability to clearly communicate performance expectations to direct reports and line managers.
- Ability to nurture, grow and develop a team.
- Daily point of contact for clients on projects.
- Provides counsel to clients on deliverables, managing client expectations to ensure we successfully meet the clients’ objectives and deliver great results.
- Support the pitch lead by managing all Integrated Production elements of the pitch.
- Attend and present pitch presentations.
- Actively promote GPJ through best practice.
- Accountable for profitability of all project deliverables.
- Responsible for obtaining, reviewing and responding to vendor quotes, ensuring we are working with best in class partners and vendors, with regular negotiations to drive value, profitability and efficiency.
- Accountable for PO creation/distribution.
- Responsible for accurate management of budget reconciliations (often across multiple currencies).

- Minimum ten years’ of production experience.
- Extensive experience in client relations and management.
