We're looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join the team at George Lines Heathrow for 15 hours per week. This is a varied role supporting the day‑to‑day running of the office, helping colleagues, customers and visitors while ensuring administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming, professional environment
- Managing incoming calls, taking messages and directing enquiries appropriately
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- Organising and maintaining files, records and databases
- Managing emails and other communications
- Scheduling appointments and meetings as required
- Receiving deliveries and distributing incoming post
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed
- Receiving invoices and checking them for accuracy
- Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous administration or office support experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Able to manage a variety of tasks and prioritise effectively
- Professional, reliable and self‑motivated
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business
- Eligible to work in the UK
Hours
15 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed
Holiday
23 days per year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
