We are currently recruiting experienced multiskilled tradespersons who are actively working in the industry undertaking maintenance works, due to an increase in our workload. You will undertake various tasks such as painting, bricklaying, pointing brickwork, patch render repairs, concreting, pre-decorative repairs such as some wood repairs and general maintenance on a cyclical repairs and redecoration contract of housing stock across Sittingbourne area on a self-employed basis.
Responsibilities
- Undertake maintenance works across housing stock in the Sittingbourne area on a self-employed basis.
- Perform tasks including painting, bricklaying, pointing brickwork, patch render repairs, concreting, and wood repairs.
- Carry out general maintenance on cyclical repair and redecoration contracts.

Requirements
- Experience as a multiskilled tradesperson in the industry.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card is desirable.
Offer & Schedule
- Salary: £550.00 to £643.50 per week depending on experience
- Hours: 39 per week, Monday to Friday
