Experienced Painter & Decorators Required. Established in 1899, George Jones & Son (Contractors) Limited have always specialised in commercial painting and decorating. We have diversified and now offer several trades surrounding building maintenance and pre-paint repairs. Our specialism is the cyclical pre-paint repair and redecoration of social housing, having completed over 150,000 in the last 20 years alone. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, as we are currently recruiting experienced Painters & Decorators due to an increase in our workload.

Painters & Decorators are needed to work on the cyclical redecoration of housing stock across Hounslow and the surrounding areas on a self-employed basis. We are an Equal Opportunities Employer. This work is price work. Hours are 39 per week, Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available for suitable applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the cyclical redecoration of housing stock across Hounslow and the surrounding areas on a self-employed basis.
  • Engage in price work as part of the contract scope.
  • Carry out pre-paint repairs as part of our specialised service for social housing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: painting and decorating with 5 years (preferred).
  • CSCS Card: Preferred but not essential.
  • Schedule: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday; 8-hour shifts.
  • Work Location: On the road (field-based assignments).
  • Immediate start available for suitable applicants.
