The Head of Digital Operations will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company’s digital operations strategy. This is a business-critical upgraded role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of the company’s operations, with a focus on process efficiencies, batch disposition, automation, data analytics and visualisation, and process optimisation.
The role holder will lead the development and implementation of the company’s digital operations strategy, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the organisation. Critical will be identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through the use of automation, data analytics, and other digital tools and technologies.
With a direct line team of 11, the role holder will lead operational teams on the review, selection and deployment of digital technologies, ensuring suitability for GMP compliant use.
You will be based in Scotland with 3 days a week minimum on site. Relocation is supported. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
