We have a position for a senior Chef with solid proven “Fresh Food” experience to take over the running and management of our busy kitchen. Serious, proven candidates only. You must be a strong communicator who is approachable across all levels, reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations.

Our ideal candidate will be up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S & legal regulations, willing to support, coach, and develop our small effective team. You should have a full understanding of kitchen management and food safety. We are looking for proven experience of stock taking & waste management with the ability to adapt and learn new systems and operating procedures. Ideally holding a level 3 Food Safety qualification. An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct. Be happy to work closely with the rest of the kitchen team and have the ambition to take this pub & restaurant and private events operation to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run a busy kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
  • Oversee stock‑taking and waste management
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop new menus and recipes
  • Contribute to elevating the overall operation level

  • Full‑time employment Schedule: Tuesday‑Sunday
  • Salary: £16 – £17 hourly
