We are looking to recruit a Trainee Payroll Administrator to work in our payroll bureau, GH Payscheme, which operates from our Biggleswade office. The successful candidate will join our established payroll team, who provide outsourced payroll services to clients across a wide range of industry sectors, to support the smooth and accurate delivery of our payroll function.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager the work is varied and includes:
- Preparation of client payrolls
- Correspondence and communication with HMRC and Pension organisations
- Assistance with the administration function of the department
Requirements:
- Applicants must have good numeracy, attention to detail, organisational, communication and IT skills
- Must be able to work well as part of a busy team
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Candidates should possess or expect to obtain at least 2 ‘A’ levels at grade A – C or have excellent GCSE results.
