We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fulfil a supporting role within the busy pharmacy weekend team as a pharmacy receptionist.

This will involve receiving work into the pharmacy department from staff and patients, tracking in the work using the PTS system. Allocating work to the correct area as required. Use of the WellSky pharmacy system to deal with queries and answering/ making calls to departments or staff to arrange collection of TTO’s including Controlled Drugs and ward stocks. Also taking payment from patients for prescriptions and checking exemptions when required.
