The role supports the People and Workforce Business Partners with operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and wider workforce function. You will work collaboratively with business areas and advise on the practical application of People and Workforce policies and procedures, and support with complex employment matters which can include TUPE, performance management, organisational change, disciplinary and grievance.
