We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef de Partie to join the team at George, an exclusive private members club. George is a contemporary private members club in the heart of Mayfair. Set across two levels, with a ground floor dining room where the open kitchen creates classic brasserie dishes from organic and seasonal ingredients and a comfortable downstairs bar for relaxing and socialising.
As Chef de Partie you will effectively run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standards of the Head Chef. You will be responsible for ensuring the more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively supervise to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
- Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality ingredients
- Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Are motivated and looking to develop their career as a Chef
