Junior Sous Chef George We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the re-opening team of our stunning private members club George. As Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the more junior members of the brigade. You will be expected to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
