About this opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and develop relationships with national and multi-site customers
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing a high level of service and technical support
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through machinery, parts, service and hire
- Deliver tailored solutions across multiple sites and operational requirements
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, parts, service and logistics) to ensure consistent delivery
- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts and CRM records
- Support and influence long‑term customer strategy and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within groundcare, agriculture or a related sector
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage and grow high-value accounts
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first approach
- Confident communicator, able to engage at all levels within customer organisations
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
