What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and develop relationships with national and multi-site customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing a high level of service and technical support
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through machinery, parts, service and hire
  • Deliver tailored solutions across multiple sites and operational requirements
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, parts, service and logistics) to ensure consistent delivery
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts and CRM records
  • Support and influence long-term customer strategy and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within groundcare, agriculture or a related sector
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage and grow high-value accounts
