Requirements
- Proven commercial experience as a UX Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across web and/or mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Previous experience within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working with design systems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user‑centred design solutions.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Facilitate usability testing and use findings to refine and improve designs.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across digital products.
- Work within Agile delivery teams to meet project deadlines.
