Are you an experienced, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for rewarding opportunities across the Wirral? GAC Education is recruiting dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work across a variety of private day nurseries, preschools, and school-based early years foundation stage (EYFS) settings across the Wirral peninsula (including Birkenhead, Wallasey, Heswall, and surrounding areas).

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality care and education aligned directly with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Acting as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking progress, carrying out observations, and planning individualised next steps.
- Creating safe, engaging, and inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity and development.
- Maintaining robust safeguarding standards, promoting child protection, and supporting personal care routines.
- Building positive, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and nursery managers.
Candidate Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NCFE, or equivalent).
- In-depth practical knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and child protection procedures.
- An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check during registration).
- A valid Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable.
- A proactive, warm, and energetic approach to early years care.
