We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who is genuinely curious about AI agents: what they can do, how they fail, and what it means to secure them. Your primary output is content that is technical, educational, and timely. You will turn hands-on experience building and using AI agents into white-papers, enablement materials, blog posts, videos, and sales collateral. This is a role that produces material that is grounded in real experience with real tools, informed by direct customer feedback, and delivered on a consistent schedule.
What You'll Do
- Identify customer enablement and learning needs for AI-first businesses, and then turn those into a structured editorial calendar.
- Keep a close eye on the AI agent ecosystem as it evolves, including new model releases, agent types and innovations, frameworks, attack vectors, and regulatory developments, and rapidly produce Geordie's point of view on what matters and why.
- Build and use AI agent tools hands-on, and translate that experience into content that teaches customers something they couldn't learn anywhere else.
- Write and produce across a range of formats including technical deep dives, sales enablement decks, product explainers, customer-facing guides, video scripts, and social content.
- Run regular enablement sessions with the GTM team on relevant topics covering new AI agent tooling, emerging threats, competitive landscape, and customer objections.
- Feed product insights back to the Geordie team based on what you learn from hands-on tool usage and customer conversations.
- Keep content aligned to Geordie's positioning and business priorities.
What We're Looking For
- The most important thing in this role is curiosity and the drive to stay genuinely hands-on with AI agent technology. You are excited about what AI agents can do for customers and the world, and you actively explore how to push the boundaries of that on a regular basis.
- You have strong opinions about what good technical writing looks like and you can execute against those opinions quickly and consistently.
- You are organised enough to manage a content calendar across multiple formats and stakeholders, and genuinely passionate and curious about the subject at hand.
- You are pushing the edge of various scenarios to provide others with insights into what is or isn’t possible, and the security ramifications.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or a closely adjacent technical domain.
- Proven hands-on experience building or using AI agents, whether in personal projects, open-source contributions, or at work. You should be able to talk concretely about which tools you have used, what you built, and what you learned.
- The ability to write clearly and technically for a security audience, explaining complex concepts without losing the thread.
- Experience producing content to a structured editorial calendar with clear stakeholder visibility into scope, purpose, and timelines.
- Comfortable conducting sales enablement sessions and presenting to a commercial audience.
- Familiarity with MCP, agentic orchestration frameworks, multi-agent system architectures, and various agentic toolsets.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a previous engineering or product role.
- Experience creating technical videos or screen-recorded walkthroughs.
- Background in developer security.
Why This Role
You will work on the most interesting security problem in enterprise technology at the moment it matters most, with direct access to the customers and security leaders navigating it in production environments today. You will produce content that shapes how a market understands a category that barely existed two years ago, and you will get to build and use every meaningful AI agent tool that ships as part of doing the job.
Our Values
- Solve What Matters: We listen intently and stay focused on what truly matters to our customers. If it doesn't help them navigate real-world agentic adoption and risk, it's probably not worth building.
- Build, Learn, Iterate: We favour momentum over perfection - testing, learning, and evolving through action. It's how we move fast and get better, together.
- Kind, Not Comfortable: We're honest, respectful, and unafraid to challenge each other. We believe doing great work should feel good, too. Kindness makes that possible.
- A Platform for Your Best Work: We want this to be the most meaningful chapter of your career. Geordie is the place where you grow, lead and lift others, while building something that truly matters.
