We are hiring a Business Development Manager for the UK & Ireland market (100% remote). Join a fast-growing, industry-leading provider of power solutions with a strong global manufacturing base, R&D capability, and long-term presence in Europe & North America.
Package: €90,000 – €120,000 / year (€6,000 – €8,000/month + performance bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the UK & Ireland
- Identify and acquire new clients, drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Build and manage key client & partner relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering and support teams for delivery
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to strengthen brand positioning
Requirements:
- Knowledge of transformer products
- Proven sales experience in energy sector, power supply, or data center power
- Existing client relationships or channel resources in the UK market
- Native-level English communication skills
- Electrical / Power Engineering background is a strong plus
