Qualifications:

  • A background in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline, together with strong project management skills.

What you’ll do:

  • As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Working closely with clients, vessel teams and internal departments, you will coordinate every stage of the project lifecycle, from commercial handover through to final close-out.
  • While the role is primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project mobilisation or demobilisation activities.

The Job:

  • Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are implemented throughout each project;
  • Manage projects from commercial handover through to successful completion;
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance;
  • Capture, monitor and report project KPIs to key stakeholders;
  • Manage all aspects of geotechnical contracts, including client relationships, planning, scheduling, commercial performance and project execution;
  • Coordinate subcontractors, including soil testing laboratories and freelance personnel;
  • Review and approve project documentation, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed on time;
  • Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.

Who we're looking for:

  • A recognised qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline;
  • Significant experience managing engineering or offshore projects;
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
