Qualifications:
- A background in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline, together with strong project management skills.

What you’ll do:
- As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Working closely with clients, vessel teams and internal departments, you will coordinate every stage of the project lifecycle, from commercial handover through to final close-out.
- While the role is primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required for client meetings and project mobilisation or demobilisation activities.
The Job:
- Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are implemented throughout each project;
- Manage projects from commercial handover through to successful completion;
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance;
- Capture, monitor and report project KPIs to key stakeholders;
- Manage all aspects of geotechnical contracts, including client relationships, planning, scheduling, commercial performance and project execution;
- Coordinate subcontractors, including soil testing laboratories and freelance personnel;
- Review and approve project documentation, ensuring contractual deliverables are completed on time;
- Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Undertake other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility.
