The role involves the planning and management of offshore geotechnical site investigations from a technical perspective, followed by supervision of extensive onshore laboratory testing campaigns tailored to comprehensive site/soil characterisation reporting. Your role will primarily be based in the onshore office in a supervisory capacity. You will lead individual projects, mentoring and realising the potential of other engineers in your team, collaborating with members of other departments and working closely with our in-house Geotechnical Laboratory to achieve success. You will be encouraged to think outside of the box and drive forward innovation and R&D initiatives to enhance workflows and overall data analysis and engineering quality/productivity. Curiosity is key.

The Person:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Geotechnical Engineer (offshore desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
