GeoPura is revolutionising the way we generate power. As the world moves away from fossil fuels, we provide clean, hydrogen‑powered energy solutions that supplement the grid and replace polluting diesel generators to support the transition to net zero. Our Hydrogen Power Units (HPUs) deliver reliable, zero‑emission electricity where it’s needed most. Already one of the UK’s largest producers of green hydrogen, we’re growing fast. With strong financial backing and a clear path to scale, we are building a team that will shape the future of energy.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our newly created Electrical Installation Division. The role will work alongside the Senior Electrical Project Manager, sharing a similar workload across project delivery, technical coordination, estimating support, site execution, inspection and testing, and compliance. This is a practical, delivery‑focused role for someone with a strong electrical background and solid project management capability.

The successful candidate will help deliver both fast‑turnaround temporary or event‑based projects and longer duration fixed installation work, while also supporting the wider business through close collaboration with the HPU Service Delivery team. From time to time, the role will include hands‑on support to Field Services, inspection and testing activities, and site supervision responsibilities on smaller projects. The successful candidate will also be expected to operate as an additional NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, helping maintain technical standards, certification quality, and compliance across the division. This role involves regular travel to client sites, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical projects from enquiry, survey and scope definition through to completion and handover.
  • Work alongside the Senior Electrical Project Manager to share workload and support the growth of the division.
  • Deliver a mixture of temporary, site‑based and event power projects together with longer‑term fixed electrical installation works.
  • Support fast‑track turnaround projects, often within demanding timescales and changing site conditions.
  • Provide practical electrical design input, installation review and technical coordination.
  • Assist with small works estimating, quotations, variations and project cost build‑ups.
  • Plan labour, materials, subcontractors and programme requirements to support safe and efficient delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support commissioning, inspection and testing, snagging and final handover activities.
  • Act as an additional NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and support divisional compliance, standards and certification requirements.
  • Work alongside and assist the HPU Service Delivery team on relevant deployment, modification, installation and operational support activities.
  • Provide hands‑on support to Field Services from time to time where project and operational needs require it.
  • Undertake site supervision responsibilities on smaller projects where a practical delivery lead is required.
  • Contribute to O&M manuals, as‑fitted information, handover documentation and project close‑out records.
Qualifications and Experience
  • City & Guilds electrical qualification.
  • Strong background in electrical installation and project delivery.
  • Experience in project management of electrical works.
  • Experience in temporary or site‑based electrical installations, event power, or similarly fast‑paced delivery environments.
  • Experience with fixed electrical installation projects.

  • Experience in site supervision, particularly on small to medium‑sized projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Experience providing electrical design coordination and practical technical input.

  • 18th Edition knowledge.
  • Formal inspection and testing qualification.
  • Previous NICEIC QS experience.
  • Experience producing or supporting as‑fitted drawings.
  • Experience creating or compiling O&M manuals and handover packs.

  • Experience supporting service delivery or operational teams in live project environments.
  • Practical and solutions focused.
  • Calm under pressure and able to work at pace.
  • Comfortable with both fast‑turnaround and longer‑duration project work.
  • Willing to remain hands‑on where needed.
  • Organised, accountable and able to take ownership.
  • Collaborative and able to work closely with senior colleagues and wider operational teams.
