GeoPuraisworking in partnership with Siemens Energy to provide this delivery of renewable, zero emission energy at a large and significant scale. With experience in providing zero-emissions power to a wide range of industries – from construction to film and TV production, to outdoor events – GeoPura harnesses hydrogen technology to generate and distribute the vast amount of energyrequiredto decarbonise our global economies. Current clients of GeoPura include Netflix, BBC, HS2 and Polestar EV cars.
We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis, providing maternitycoverand supporting the smooth and efficient running of our procurement activitiesacross GeoPura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update records to ensureaccuratesupplier/order information, including pricing, account/projectcodesand correct suppliers for all purchase orders
- Raise purchase orders and process orders through to delivery
- Resolve invoice queries and investigate issues where problems arise
- Support ad-hoc Procurement reporting requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support purchase ordering and projects
- Follow company procurement procedures and business administration best practice
- Supportaccurateandtimelypurchasing, ensuring the right delivery, time, place,qualityand price
- Provide guidance and support on ordering,systemsand pricing queries
- Prepare for and activelyparticipatein category team meetings
- Please note:This role requires working onsite at our Newcastle manufacturing facility 5 days per week.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable, although not essential
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and share ideas as part of a growing team
