We’re looking for a skilled Senior Sheet Metal Worker who knows their way around a workshop and can lead a team. You’ll need to be able to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Programming, setting up and running EuroMac punching machines, pierceall machines, guillotine and bending machines to make high-quality boxes, panels, and fabrications.
  • A person with welding knowledge will be preferable.
  • Working out bending allowances and doing the maths to get the machines set up correctly.
  • Checking your work to drawing dimensions and inspection standards, making sure the parts are within tolerances.
  • Leading and guiding other workers to keep things running smoothly.

What we need from you:

  • Plenty of hands-on experience with sheet metal work.
  • The ability to read drawings and work to tight specs.
  • Confidence using punching, piercing, and bending machines.
  • Good maths skills.
  • A strong eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership attributes to lead a team.
