We are Manufacturing the Future! Geomiq is revolutionizing traditional manufacturing by providing engineers worldwide with instant access to reliable production methods through our digital platform. As the UK’s leading Digital Manufacturing Marketplace, we offer an AI-powered B2B MaaS (Manufacturing as a Service) solution, seamlessly connecting buyers and suppliers to drive efficiency and innovation. With our headquarters in London and quality branches in India, China, and Portugal, we collaborate with leading brands like BMW, Rolls‑Royce, Brompton Bikes, and Google—even contributing to space exploration.

Our platform: Geomiq offers a revolutionary platform that completely digitizes the quoting and ordering process for custom manufactured parts, ensuring the highest operational and quality outcomes. Our primary customers include Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Procurement teams, all of whom are involved in creating the world’s most innovative products.

About the role: We are hiring a Territory Account Manager to grow Geomiq’s presence across the M62 Corridor and Northern England through field-based, relationship-led selling. This is not an inside sales or order-processing role. You will own a territory of manufacturing and engineering accounts, getting in front of the right customers to uncover RFQs, production opportunities, and repeat revenue. You will spend time on customer sites to understand how manufacturers buy, where existing suppliers fall short, and where Geomiq can support more of their custom manufacturing needs across CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal, fabrication, and 3D printing.

You will own territory activity, customer relationships, account development, and commercial momentum, working closely with the Strategic Accounts Director, Technical Sales Engineer, internal account management, supply, quoting, and operations teams to turn opportunities into profitable revenue. You're ideally located near Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Bromley, Bradford, Wakefield, Sheffield, or Blackford.

Main responsibilities:
  • Territory Growth & Account Development
  • Own and grow Geomiq’s M62 Corridor territory across manufacturing and engineering accounts
  • Build territory plans around priority customers, target accounts, sites, and active opportunities
  • Increase RFQ volume, repeat work, and share of wallet across the territory
  • Identify accounts with the potential to grow into deeper strategic relationships
  • Customer Engagement & Opportunity Creation
  • Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, production, and senior stakeholders
  • Visit customer sites across the M62 Corridor to understand sourcing processes, supplier gaps, project pipelines, and manufacturing priorities
  • Open new contacts, departments, and sites within existing and target accounts
  • Position Geomiq’s capabilities across CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal, fabrication, and 3D printing against customer needs
  • Account Reactivation & Market Development
  • Re-engage lapsed or underdeveloped accounts with meaningful commercial potential
  • Develop selected target accounts in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial markets
  • Build relationships with customers who have custom part, production, or repeat manufacturing requirements
  • Convert customer insight into qualified pipeline, RFQs, and closed revenue
  • Commercial Ownership & Internal Execution
  • Own account momentum from opportunity creation through quote, negotiation, close, and handover
  • Identify and progress high-value opportunities, bringing in the Technical Sales Engineer where deeper technical scoping, supplier validation, or HVP execution is required
  • Work with internal account management, supply, quoting, and operations to keep customer follow-up, quote progress, CRM updates, and next steps clear
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within agreed commercial parameters
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in field sales, strategic account management, territory sales, or business development
  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technical B2B, or custom manufacturing environments
  • Strong relationship builder with procurement, engineering, operations, and production stakeholders
  • Comfortable growing existing accounts, reactivating lapsed customers, and opening new opportunities
  • Technically credible enough to discuss drawings, materials, production methods, and manufacturing requirements
  • Commercially sharp, with strong account planning, CRM discipline, negotiation, and follow-through
  • Comfortable visiting customer sites regularly and working closely with internal sales, quoting, supply, and operations teams
  • Familiarity with the M62 Corridor geography and the manufacturing businesses that operate across it is a strong advantage
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: We offer pay that reflects your skills and the value you bring.
  • Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy snacks, fresh fruit, and drinks all day.
  • 23 Days Annual Leave: Recharge with 23 days off, plus bank holidays.
  • Birthday Off: Take an extra day to celebrate your birthday.
  • Pet-Friendly Office: Bring your dog to our pet-friendly workspace.
  • Team Events: Connect with colleagues through monthly team-building activities.
  • Career Growth: Benefit from our focus on internal promotions and development.
