The Role: Lead from the Front
- This is a technical‑first leadership role. You won't just manage; you will architect, build, and ship.
- Write Production Code: You’ll be in the codebase (Laravel/Python) daily.
- Architect Systems: Design the data pipelines and logic powering global supply chains.
- Lead Senior Talent: Mentor a high‑calibre team of senior devs and data scientists.
- Direct Influence: Work alongside the CEO/Product leads to shape the roadmap.
Note: This is not a “Jira‑ticket manager” role. We value velocity, technical depth, and building over coordination.
